2. Services
Lightning Pass provides a platform for:
- Purchasing digital event tickets and passes
- Accessing venue information and event details
- Receiving ticket confirmations via SMS and email
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Purchases and Payments
- All prices are displayed in US dollars
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a digital pass via SMS and/or email
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally:
- Event cancellations: Full refund
- Customer-requested refunds: Subject to event organizer approval
- Used passes: Non-refundable

6. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages including:
- Ticket confirmations and digital pass delivery
- Event updates and reminders
- Account notifications
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your purchases. Reply STOP to opt-out of promotional messages.
7. Digital Passes
- Passes are non-transferable unless explicitly stated
- QR codes must be presented at venue entry
- Passes are valid only for the specified event and date
- Screenshots of passes may not be accepted
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Resell or scalp tickets purchased through Lightning Pass
- Use the platform for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Provide false information
9. Limitation of Liability
Lightning Pass is not responsible for:
- Event cancellations or changes by organizers
- Venue-related issues or disputes
- Loss of access due to user error (e.g., deleted pass)
10. Privacy
Your use of Lightning Pass is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
